Spotlight on SURE: A Fresh Look at an Old Favorite

Stay tuned for a new series of posts on what life inside the Emory College Center for Science Education’s SURE program is really like, thanks to Emory University undergraduate and science writer Pearl J. Young.

Young is currently a senior at Emory University, placing the finishing touches on degrees in both physics and history. While working as an intern for the ECCSE with SURE director Dr. Cathy Quinones in 2007, Young interviewed
SURE participants and mentors and authored several articles that we’ve been itching to publish. Thanks to the flexibility of the blogosphere, her works will finally see daylight here in a series we’ll be calling “Spotlight on SURE.”
